After every service, as an Approved Workshop customer, you can complete a feedback form on the Approved Workshops website.

This allows you to share your views on how your workshop has performed. It is a quick and easy process which allows other potential customers to compare the ratings of the different workshops in their region.

It only takes around 10 minutes to complete the form which consists of a list of “yes/no” questions and a number of questions where you give a rating for your workshop between 1 and 5.  You can also leave extra written feedback if you wish. All feedback left is strictly confidential –unless you specify that you are happy for the information to be shared with the workshop.
