After a 3 year full time training in one of Belgium's leading schools for car mechanics/auto electricians, I graduated as a "Batchelor in Automotive Engineering, specialising in auto electrics".
For 10 years I worked in an Opel dealership as a mechanic/fault finder. During this time I also got heavily involved in fitting accessories to motorhomes.
During my work as a technician and later workshop manager at a well known workshop in York, I improved my "in-car-entertainment" knowledge.
Two years later I was back in the trade that I've always loved the most: caravans and motorhomes. This time as a technician and later lead-technician in a well known caravan dealership.
Then, in 2008, I decided to set up my own business. That's when Kurt's Mobile Caravan Services was born.
Now, 15 years on and with over 25 years of experience in the caravan industry, I run a small company with a large loyal customer base.
I have a very high customer retention rate and excellent customer feedback and was one of the finalists in the 2022 Approved Workshop of the year awards.
